For me, this was roughly 5 weeks before my test (I tested 4/20). I really think it's a good idea to do this at the end of your prep, after all of your content review is finished. Since it was so valuable, I really wanted to make it count. This is by far the best practice material out there, and I recommend everyone buy all of it (the q packs, the section banks, full lengths).
